Working in all the above disciplines might mean dabbling with  systems thinking, design thinking, psychodynamics, applied behavioural science, complexity theory, chaos theory, and other such practices. It can feel a little like taking the red pill and following Alice down the rabbit hole!

I’m priviledged enough to have time to think and access to the education I need to support organisations evolve. But I know many other groups might not.

This space is a personal challenge and a way for me to give something back to our world. My mission is to make this quagmire of theory easier to follow and apply in the real world.
